1943 K43 Restoration.

Post by 33rdsignal »

A photo documentation of my restoration of my December of 1943 K-43 G7173 Telephone Maintenance Truck. (The photos may be a little out of order, fair warning!)

As i got the truck from Great Bend, Kansas.

Where did you source the oil seal for the sector shaft? I'm sure mine needs to be replaced.

I ended up getting a cork seal from another restorer. He had 10 of them made. SKF has a suitable seal if you dont want to use the original cork and retainer.
