The GMC CCKW

A friend told me about this bed, he said it was a WW2 chevy dump bed, I've never seen one like it before, it was build by the Galion All Steel Body company, build date 7-3-42, their model number for the bed is type 12, it has the one piece pump and lift system, any ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks Bob.

Look in the TM 9 2800 there is a photo of that body on a 4x2 IHC in the 2 1/2 ton section.
