yep.. finally "bit the bullet" and took the plunge...

I bought a rebuilt 261, complete with all NEW everything.

should see a decent increase in power now.

anyone else running a 261 in their chevy trucks?

any thoughts or comments on the 261 over the stock 235 engine power/performance wise?
