DON'T ever move he vehicle with the hood up. You may damage the holder-upper!

Here is a pic of the middle support with the window and the gear.The gear inside it,has 4 teeth,2 long and 2 short.When the long teeth appear,attach the window and the hood is held.When the short teeth pass through the window the hood is not held. :o
