Truck shimmys bad

Post by 6x6 Dinosaur »

So last weekend [7/14] to it's very first car show and lucky me I also got to tow my Model T as well which I'm still wondering what the hell was I thinking!? The speedometer is broken in my truck but at about 37mph it started to shimmy really bad so I had to drive about 15 miles at that speed but I just don't know what to do. Also one of my brake drums is out of round if that might have anything to do with it.

Make sure front tires are at 55 psi.
Check tyrod ends for looseness.
check steering knuckles for bearing looseness or a bad/rusty spot
