What is the minimum quantity of grease inside the hub(between two rollers bearing)?

1st, I use a high temp grease like Amilie (sp) blue for all wheelbearings and chassis lube

I put about a handfull into the hub but I really pack the bearings by hand making sure that the grease has really gotten in between the rollers. Then I put a 1/4' or so layer on the race than push the cone in and rotate it.

I do however pack the knuckles and use a puddy knife to shovel it in.
