1)Drain system-Run engine at least 165ºF.Remove radiator cap,open all drain **** and allow system to drain.
2)Clean system-Close radiator and drain ****.Be sure temperature of engine is BELOW 200ºF.Pour cleaning compound into radiator,then fill system with water.Start engine and run at least 180ºF.Do not allow to boil.Continue to run at least 30 minutes.Stop engine,remove radiator cap,open drain **** and allow system to drain completely.
3)Neutralize system-Close drain ****.Pour neutralizer container into radiator,then fill system with water and install radiator cap.Start engine and run at least 180ºF.Continue to run engine at least 10 minutes.Remove radiator cap and drain **** and allow system to drain completely.
4)Flush system-Close radiator and drain ****.Fill system with clean fresh water(soft) then install radiator cap.Start engine and run to at least 180ºF.Continue to run engine for at least 5 minutes.Remove radiator cap,open drain **** and allow system to drain.If water drained is discolored to any extent,repeat this flushing operation.CAUTIONo not flush system by inserting a hose in the radiator,with the engine running and the drain cocks open.This procedure will close the thermostat and stop circulation of the water through the engine. :o
