what type of engine oil should i have in a gmc cckw 353 6 cyl ?

SAE30 above 32 degrees f 10 quarts if filter is changed

Castorol GTX 10w30
I have used it for years now in all my HMVs vehicle engines.
The oil pressure is 5 psi lower than with the same brand but 30w but the oil pressure comes up faster with the 10w30. Most engine wear occurs when you start the engine....
Besides, I can use that oil in my POVs too.
